Sign up for free, then head to "Browse Taskers" to view all available Taskers. Find someone who suits your needs, click "Hire", and fill out the job details (title, description, pay, etc.). Once you publish the job request, you may discuss the details with the Tasker in the messages tab.

Job-To-Go accepts a limited amount of Taskers to ensure quality service. To apply, go to your Profile → Settings → Account Settings and click "Apply to Become a Tasker". You'll need to complete an application form with your information, skills, and other details. After submitting, we'll review your application and get back to you soon.

You'll need to provide a clear title and the amount you're willing to pay for the job. You may also include other details such as the job category and job description, or choose to discuss this directly in the messages tab once the job request is made.

Use the "Find Taskers" page to browse verified Taskers by category or by rating. You can view their profiles, reviews, and previous completed jobs before making a decision.

Once hired, you'll communicate through the messages tab to coordinate details. When the work is complete, you may approve of the work and make payment. After payment, the job is marked as completed and you can both leave reviews.

Yes, you can cancel a job before hiring someone at no charge. If you need to cancel after hiring, discuss it with the Tasker through messages. For payment-related issues, contact our support team.

Askers make job offers to Taskers directly, but some jobs are marked as public. In that case, any Tasker can view the job and apply to it by clicking on "Browse Jobs".

Set up your payout account in Profile → Payment. Connect your Stripe account to receive payments. After completing a job and the Asker marks it as done, payment is processed automatically.

Job-To-Go charges a platform fee of $0.50 CAD plus 5% of the job cost. These fees are deducted automatically from your payout.

After a job is completed and paid for, both you and the Asker can leave a review and rating (1-5 stars). Reviews are public and help build your reputation, attracting more job opportunities.

Yes! When Askers make job offers, it's always possible to negotiate with them through messages until you both agree on a fair price.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe, a third party payment service.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe's secure payment processing. It is also possible to pay through Apple Pay.

The minimum payment amount is $5 CAD. This ensures fair compensation for Taskers while keeping the platform accessible for smaller tasks.

We use verified profiles, ratings, and reviews to promote accountability. All Taskers go through an application process. Messaging happens only in the context of jobs to prevent spam. We also have reporting features for any issues.

After each completed job, both parties can leave a review and 1-5 star rating. Reviews are public and permanent. Your rating is calculated from all reviews you've received.
